Good Morning Clayton Park Junior High Families,

Feb. 13, 2020 - HRCE schools will be implementing the early dismissal plan today due to the forecast. Bused students will be picked up 2 hours earlier than their regular dismissal time and walking students will be dismissed at their regularly scheduled lunch hour.

Due to the early dismissal the Grade 9 Oval trip will be cancelled for today.

Walking students at Clayton Park will be dismissed at 12:10pm today and bused students should be picked up at 1:20pm from Clayton Park. Please note if you are picking your son or daughter up today please refrain from parking in the bus loop.  In addition, we have a procedure in place for signing your student out and calling them down to the office.  Please do not text your son or daughter as, they will not be dismissed by the teacher.  You must come into the school and sign the student out.

If you are picking up other students Clayton Park must have written permission from the other students parents to dismiss them with you.  Please have that parent email cbryson@hrce.ca prior to picking up the students or have a written note with you when you arrive.  Having this done prior makes things run a lot smoother and lessen the wait times.  We can not release students to other parents without written permission.  We ask that you please refrain from having students call thier parents while you are picking them up as, this is a very busy time in the office.  We thank you for your assistance with this.
